You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Billing & Cancellation

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Replily does not guarantee that generated responses will be error-free, appropriate, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
